Blake's Orchard

Last week, Eric decided it was his turn to show his family how to have fun his way. He took us to an apple orchard in Romeo, Michigan. Because I am a 100% city girl, I had never done anything like fruit picking or walking through an orchard. Therefore, when we got there and started to pick and "eat" everything we basically thought looked good enough to be eaten...I concluded that there are other types of activities, besides watching movies, going to restaurants, shopping, etc... that are so much fun as well!!

My boys picked many rotten raspberries, but they did not seem to care if they were good or not! they just thought it was awesome to be able to eat stuff straight from the bushes!

Picture Perfect in Niagara Falls

I don't know what yoy guys think about this picture, but it just shows a glimpse of one of the most amazing moments in my life!! it was definitely picture perfect!! I was soaked to the bone because of the breeze from the falls, the weather was perfect, my boys were having a blast, my husband was amazed with the rainbow...anyway, one of those moments that don't happen very often!!

First day of preschool

I guess I was a lot more scared about this day that Sean was!! He seemed so confident and social. He enjoyed it a lot!! He made friends immediately and participated in almost every activity that took place that day!!

However, that same day in the afternoon I was a little too sensitive. Why? because while Sean and I were cuddling while watching TV, I realized how fast my baby was growing up!

I cannot say I don't like this, because becoming a self-reliant human being is what life is all about, right? however, it is hard to understand.
