I know this is not my car. However, it pretty much looks the way ours did today. We were on our way to the dollar store to get some stickers for Patrick's Valentine mailbox when Sean suggested we went through the snowy parking lot. Eric's eyes brightened up when the thought of "off roading" came to his mind. Immediate, smart mommy said, Rey, but that is not snow anymore! it's ice! and we might get....
STUCK!
Yes! stuck for 25 min!!! Pushing, almost burning the engine, screaming, cracking up, all of them at the same time!!! and then, when the only solution seemed to be a prayer, a wonderful man parked his truck right next to our minivan to help us get in unstuck!! angels are falling from heaven!!!
What a wacky day!!! but, ohh I laughed like crazy!!!

Happy Birthday Eirc--a day late! We hope your day was GREAT and that your family did something fun, like kidnapping you from work early to go to your favorite place, McDonalds Play Place. :)
Or was it the park in Belleville with the long, slippery slide for a game of tag? :)
